​We want you to be happy with your purchase - whether it's something completely handmade or professionally printed with our original designs. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at JustALittleSpooky@outlook.com. Please include:

. Your order number

. A photo(s) of the item and packaging

. A brief description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the nature of the problem.

Returns

We accept returns only for faulty or damaged goods. 

Due to the nature of our work - which includes both handmade and custom printed items - we do not accept returns for unwanted items or change of mind purchases.

Please be sure to read each product description carefully, and feel free to reach out with any questions before ordering.

Third-party printed or embroidered items

Some products (like stationery or clothing) are professionally printed or embroidered using our original designs. These are made to order and subject to the same returns policy as above - we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us. After this time, your order may already be in production or dispatched.

Lost mail

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class with proof of postage. If your item hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us - we'll do our best to help.
